A man named Robert Zeinfeld is found wandering the streets of Leicester at 4am – there’s no clue how he got there.  Suffering from amnesia brought on by a blow to the head, he is picked up on the street by a constable in Leicester.  He is taken to the local police station and the Inspector, who takes charge of the case, sets out to determine his identity.

The man carries ID, but do the documents really belong to him?

His wife is informed of his whereabouts and arrives at the station to collect her husband.

But … Perhaps he hasn’t lost his memory at all

Perhaps it’s all an elaborate cover-up.

Who is the woman?    Who is the man?    Who is the Inspector    and who is this “other” woman?

The deeper the policeman digs, the more confused he gets.  But the truth always comes out in the end
